This capelet was made out of my old Boy Scouts Philmont jacket. It was way to big for me so I decided to alterit into a capelet. The inside is lined with softer cut up plaid dress shirts. There are inside pockets for warmth. Outside pockets to hold things. A sliver of a pocket to hold the Magic Wand. As well as options to button up the cuffs both normal and dress style.
